Sumita Ketkar is a Senior Lecturer at University of Westminster. Her research interests are in the area of Ecopreneurship, that cuts across the domains of social entrepreneurship and sustainability, and Gender Pay Inequity . She teaches Reward Management on a specialist Master’s course in Human Resource Management, and is a co-course leader for the largest postgraduate course at the University- MSc in International Business and Management. She supports University’s partnerships in IIT, Colombo Sri Lanka and WIUT, Uzbekistan and is currently working with colleagues from these institutions on teaching and researching on sustainability.
