Catherine Pédamon’s main research interests are in the areas of international trade law with a focus on comparative commercial contract law, business and human rights, corporate social responsibility and international corporate governance. She is particularly interested in researching policies and frameworks for corporate sustainability and responsible business practices. She has published a monograph and articles in these fields of research.
She is currently researching on legal and policy mechanisms relating to the impact of trans-national business activities on communities with a focus on emerging duty of vigilance.
